ATELIER AZIZ ALQATAMI is an architectural firm based in Kuwait City, with a global presence. The firm is dedicated to operating at the intersection of Architecture, Landscape, and Interior design. Alqatami, who had previously worked as an architect in international offices in Zurich and Kuwait, established ATELIER AZIZ ALQATAMI in 2009.
The firm received recognition as one of the 15 Young Arab Architects at the 2012 Venice Biennale of Architecture and was featured in exhibitions at the 2016 & 2018 Venice Biennale, Gwangju Biennale, Sultan Gallery, Contemporary Art Platform Kuwait, Design District Dubai, and Neuer Aachener Kunstverein Aachen.
