The Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), under the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) in Thailand and headquartered in Nonthaburi, Thailand, serves as the governmental organization dedicated to facilitating and enhancing trade collaborations between Thailand and international partners.

Operating through 58 Thai Trade Centres globally, our mission is to provide dedicated support and services to Thailand’s trading partners to promote and strengthen international trade relations.

Among our activities, there is the international promotion of Thai designers and manufacturing entities, with a primary focus on the Milan Design Week. The aim is to showcase the excellence in local design and production, making the Thai brand known within the global design community.

Projects

Artist and designer Korakot Aromdee's inspiration is drawn from the environment, which he transforms into pieces of art using natural materials like bamboo and hemp ropes. These techniques are derived from his knowledge of kite-making, a craft he learned from his grandfather, who is a renowned expert in Chula kite-making.
The Touchable brand was established in the year 2000 with the primary objective of designing, manufacturing, and bringing their creative concepts to life.
Established in 1972, Deesawat stands as a prominent leader within Thailand's thriving wood industry. Nestled within a spacious 30,000 square meters of production facilities, employing a skilled workforce of over 200 individuals, Deesawat proudly owns and operates its own advanced woodworking facilities, ensuring the highest levels of craftsmanship and precision.
